	Please submit your orders by Fax: 1-760-454-2465 and provide following information: PO number, billing address, shipping address, customer name, e-mail and phone number.
	Delivery
	Orders received Sunday through Saturday are shipped next Monday 10 AM Pacific time.
	Payment
	Check or wire transfer in U.S. dollars.
	Shipping and Handling Charges
	Shipping and handling: $150.00 If the shipment requires dry ice: $190.00.
	Terms
	Net 30 days in U.S. dollars.
	Conditions
	Products are sold for research use only and are not to be used on humans or for any drug purposes.
	Warranty
	AB Vector warrants that the product will meet the specifications stated on the technical data sheet and AB Vector agrees to replace the product free of charge if the product does not conform to the specifications. Notice for replacement must be given within 60 days. In consideration of the stated promises of AB Vector, the buyer agrees to and accepts the following conditions:     1. That this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.     2. That all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are hereby excluded or waived.     3. That the buyer's sole remedy shall be to obtain replacement of the product free of charge from AB Vector; and     4. That this remedy is in lieu of all other remedies or claims for damages, consequential or otherwise, which the buyer may have against AB Vector.
	Exclusive Terms of Sale
	AB Vector does not agree to and is not bound by any other terms and conditions, unless those terms and conditions have been expressly agreed to in writing by a duly authorized officer of AB Vector.
	Guidelines for Safe Use of the Products
	AB Vector recommends that the persons using this product follow the Guidelines for Research Involving Recombinant DNA Molecules (N.I.H. guidelines) Federal Register, July 5, 1994 and any amendments thereto. AB Vector disclaims any and all responsibility for any injury or damage which may be caused by the failure of the buyer or any other person to follow said guidelines.
