AB Vector - RXRA-LBD™

    RXRA-LBD™ Cat. #N2B1
Purified GST-tagged human Retinoid X receptor alpha LBD

  Retinoid X receptor alpha (RXR-alpha) is also known as NR2B1 (nuclear receptor subfamily 2, group B, member 1). GST-tagged Retinoid X receptor alpha ligand-binding domain (RXRA-LBD) consists of a 218 a.a. GST tag (Schistosoma japonicum Glutathione S-Transferase, Acc# 1M99_A), a 13 a.a. flexible linker and a 260 a.a. RXRA-LBD, Acc# AAI10999.1, amino acids 203-462 aa (details).

GST tagged RXRA-LBD was expressed in baculovirus-infected insect cells and purified using affinity chromatography (Fig. 1). RXRA-LBD was produced in the absence of detergents and exogenous ligands to ensure advanced performance in ligand-binding assays and coregulator displacement studies.
