AB Vector - RARG-LBD™

    RARG-LBD™ Cat. #N1B3
Purified GST-tagged human Retinoic acid receptor gamma LBD

  Retinoic acid receptor gamma (RAR-gamma or RARG) is also known as NR1B3 (nuclear receptor subfamily 1, group B, member 3). GST-tagged Retinoic acid receptor gamma ligand-binding domain (RARG-LBD) consists of a 218 a.a. GST tag (Schistosoma japonicum Glutathione S-Transferase, Acc# 1M99_A), a 13 a.a. flexible linker and a 281 a.a. RARG-LBD, Acc# AAH93729.1, amino acids 174-454 (details).

GST tagged RARG-LBD was expressed in baculovirus-infected insect cells and purified using affinity chromatography (Fig. 1). RARG-LBD was produced in the absence of detergents and exogenous ligands to ensure advanced performance in ligand-binding assays and coregulator displacement studies.
