AB Vector - RARB-LBD™

    RARB-LBD™ Cat. #N1B2
Purified GST-tagged human Retinoic acid receptor beta LBD

  Retinoic acid receptor beta (RAR-beta or RARB) is also known as NR1B2 (nuclear receptor subfamily 1, group B, member 2). GST-tagged Retinoic acid receptor beta ligand-binding domain (RARB-LBD) consists of a 218 a.a. GST tag (Schistosoma japonicum Glutathione S-Transferase, Acc# 1M99_A), a 14 a.a. flexible linker and a 281 a.a. RARB-LBD, Acc# AAH60794.1, amino acids 168-448 (details).

GST tagged RARB-LBD was expressed in baculovirus-infected insect cells and purified using affinity chromatography (Fig. 1). RARB-LBD was produced in the absence of detergents and exogenous ligands to ensure advanced performance in ligand-binding assays and coregulator displacement studies.
