Spodoptera frigiperda Sf9 cells were infected with or recombinant baculoviruses expressing alpha synuclein (lane 1), alpha-synuclein-GFP fusion (lane 2), SOD1 (lane 3), SOD1-GFP fusion (lane 4) or GC (green control) which is expressing GFP (lane 5). Cells were harvested at 60 h post infection, lysed in 50 mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 150 mM NaCl, 5 mM EDTA, 0.5% NP-40, and insoluble fraction was removed by centrifugation at 30.000g for 15 min. Soluble proteins were separated in 4-12% NuPAGE™ Bis-Tris gel with MES buffer (Invitrogen) and stained with Coomassie blue.
