Purified GST-tagged human p53

GST-tagged human P53 consists of a 218 a.a. GST tag (Schistosoma japonicum Glutathione S-Transferase, Acc# 1M99_A), a 20 a.a. flexible linker and an abundant 393 a.a. wild-type p53 variant, Acc# NP_000537.3 (details). Human p53 was produced in insect cells infected with a BV-p53™ recombinant baculovirus which encodes GST-tagged human p53 and was purified to near homogeneity using affinity chromatography.
