|Purified GST-tagged human Estrogen-related receptor beta LBD
Estrogen-related receptor beta (ESRRB, ERRβ, ERR2) is also known as nuclear receptor subfamily 3, group B, member 2 (NR3B2). GST-tagged Estrogen-related receptor beta ligand-binding domain (ESRRB-LBD) consists of a 218 a.a. GST tag (Schistosoma japonicum Glutathione S-Transferase, Acc# 1M99_A), a 16 a.a. flexible linker and a 304 a.a. ESRRB-LBD, Acc# AAI31518.1 (details).
GST tagged ESRRB-LBD was expressed in baculovirus-infected insect cells and purified using affinity chromatography (Fig. 1). ESRRB-LBD was produced in the absence of detergents and exogenous ligands to ensure advanced performance in ligand-binding assays and coregulator displacement studies.
