Dropwise addition of liquid at transfection
	Form a droplet at the      end of the pipette tip. Lower the tip until the droplet just touches the meniscus and bursts. Do not inject the liquid.    Lift the tip Continue repeating steps 1-3 and avoid touching the walls of the reservoir with the droplet. If you have messed up 1- 2 drops, you’re still okay. Swirl gently when finished adding the liquid.
